12 Movies Like The Beach Girls
I like the beach and I like girls so I figured I would like Beach Girls, but I didn't expect to love it. While the plot may not be groundbreaking, the movie was still really fun to watch. It felt like I was watching American Pie for the first time, just a vintage '80s version of it. The scenery is beautiful and the party girls are all very attractive. So if you're like me and you enjoyed the beach girls, get ready to relive those feelings again with our list of movies like the beach girls.
American Pie (1999)
American Pie is a 1999 teen comedy film directed by Paul Weitz and written by Adam Herz. The film follows a group of best friends as they embark on a quest to lose their virginity before their high school graduation. Along the way, they discover the meaning of true friendship and learn that sex is not always what it seems.
The film was a commercial success, grossing over $200 million at the box office. It also received positive reviews from critics, with many praising its humor and central performances. In recent years, American Pie has been cited as an influence on other teen films, such as Superbad and The Baby-Sitters Club.
Although it is not an official remake, the movie shares many many things in common with the beach girls movie, for example, its focus on teenage sexuality and its many comedic moments. However, American Pie also stands out for its frank and honest portrayal of the adolescent experience. As a result, it has become a classic in its own right.
American Pie 2 (2001)
American Pie 2 is a decent sequel compared to the first movie. The cast is all there and they playing their iconic characters. Some new characters are introduced but not enough to make the movie feel fresh. The story feels a little recycled compared to the first one but it isn't a bad thing. American Pie 2 is funny and crude like the first one. I would say it's worth watching if you're a fan of the first film.
EuroTrip (2004)
EuroTrip is a 2004 American comedy film directed by Jeff Schaffer and starring Scott Mechlowicz, Michelle Trachtenberg, Jacob Pitts, Travis Wester, and Jessica Boehrs. The film follows a group of friends who travel to Europe after one of them is jilted by his girlfriend. Along the way, they have various misadventures, getting into trouble with the law, getting lost, and narrowly avoiding being killed. Despite all this, they manage to have a lot of fun and learn a lot about themselves and each other. EuroTrip is funny, crass, and sometimes heartwarming, and it's definitely worth watching if you're looking for a good laugh.
Blockers (2018)
Blockers is a comedy from Universal Pictures starring Leslie Mann, John Cena, and Ike Barinholtz. The film follows three teenage girls who make a pact to lose their virginity on prom night, only to have their plans foiled by their overprotective parents. While the premise may sound like a typical teen sex comedy, Blockers is a refreshingly progressive film that deals with important topics like consent and respect.
The parents in the film are not portrayed as villains, but as well-meaning people who are ultimately motivated by love and concern for their children. This results in some hilarious and heartwarming moments, as well as a few poignant ones. Blockers is sure to leave you laughing, cheering, and perhaps even shedding a tear or two.

Malibu Beach (1978)
Malibu Beach is one of those classic '70s beach movies that's so bad it's good. The plot is completely implausible, the acting is wooden, and the dialogue is laughable. But somehow, all of those things come together to create a movie that's ridiculously entertaining. The film follows a group of teenage girls who spend their summer at a boarding school by the beach.
They spend their days sunbathing, surfing, and flirting with the local boys.
But when a gang of thugs comes to town and starts causing trouble, the girls have to put their summer fun on hold and take action. Malibu Beach is filled with cheesy one-liners, bikini-clad babes, and goofy hijinks. It's silly and over-the-top, but it's also a lot of fun. Despite its low budget and crude humor, Van Wilder is an amusing and entertaining film that is sure to appeal to fans of raunchy comedies.
The Girl Next Door (2004)
I didn't know what to expect going into The Girl Next Door. I had seen the trailers and they made it look like a typical teen sex comedy. And while there are certainly some aspects of that genre present in the film, there's a lot more to it than that. For one thing, the cast is excellent. Emile Hirsch gives a breakout performance as Matthew Kidman, a high school senior who falls for his new next-door neighbor, Danielle (Elisha Cuthbert).
Cuthbert is magnetic as the former porn star who just wants to be loved, and their chemistry together is electric. The supporting cast is also great, including Timothy Olyphant as Danielle's menacing ex-boyfriend and James Remar as Matthew's protective best friend. But what really makes The Girl Next Door special is its heart. underneath all the humor and nudity is a sweet and touching story about first love. It's a film that will make you laugh, cry, and maybe even remember your first love.
Project X (2012)
Project X is a 2012 American comedy film directed by Nima Nourizadeh and written by Matt Drake and Michael Bacall, from a story by Bacall. The film follows three high school seniors—Thomas (Thomas Mann), Costa (Oliver Cooper), and JB (Jonathan Daniel Brown)—who plan to gain popularity by throwing a house party. Despite their parents being home, the party gets out of hand and causes extensive damage to Thomas's house and neighborhood.
The film received mixed reviews from critics; some praised its humor and wittiness, while others criticized it for its crude humor and vulgarity. However, the film was a box office success, grossing $100 million against its $12 million budget.
Bachelor Party (1984)
Bachelor Party is a comedic film released in 1984 that tells the story of a soon-to-be-married man who is thrown a wild bachelor party by his friends. While the film has its share of crude humor, it also has some genuinely funny moments. The cast includes Tom Hanks, Tawny Kitaen, Adrian Zmed, and George Grizzard. The film was directed by Neal Israel and written by Patrick Sheane Duncan.
The plot of Bachelor Party revolves around Rick Gassko (Hanks), a man who is weeks away from getting married. His friends decide to throw him a bachelor party that quickly gets out of hand. As the night progresses, Rick finds himself in increasingly compromising situations, much to the amusement of his friends. The film culminates in a hilarious and chaotic finale that will leave audiences laughing.
While Bachelor Party is not a masterpiece, it is an enjoyable and funny film. Hanks is great in the lead role, and the supporting cast is also strong. If you're looking for a lighthearted comedy to watch, Bachelor Party is worth checking out.
